People Engagement & Culture Executive

We're looking for a culture builder — someone who energizes, connects and engages our people. This role exists to make WORQ a supportive, dynamic and happy place to work, across every branch. You'll take care of the moments that shape how our people feel about being here. It's an active role with genuine creative room. You'll design and deliver our WORQ moments end-to-end, facilitate sessions, keep our internal communications clear and human, and carry what you're hearing on the ground back to the people who can act on it — all while finding new ways to make recognition feel personal rather than routine.

I) Employee Touchpoints & Lifecycle Moments
Being part of the voice of employees — partnering with leaders and the culture committee to drive ground-up initiatives that make employees feel heard and valued.
Taking care of key employee journey touchpoints — from a first day people talk about, with welcome, buddy pairing, orientation and check-ins that go beyond paperwork, through to offboarding moments that see people leave as part of WORQ's community ecosystem.
Being present across our locations on a regular rhythm as the cultural and people ambassador.
Noticing the quieter things: the milestones, the personal wins, the hard work that could use a moment of recognition.
II) Employee Engagement & Culture
Designing and delivering WORQ moments end-to-end — townhalls, annual dinner, company trip, festive celebrations, culture days and other campaigns.
Shaping the smaller rituals that build team dynamics and values: recognition moments, milestone celebrations, cross-team socials, birthday touchpoints, wellness initiatives and more.
Managing the engagement calendar, event budgets and vendor relationships, keeping initiatives on time and within spend.
Closing the loop with feedback, photos and debriefs.
III) Training Delivery & Facilitation
Working closely with WORQ’s training specialist to facilitate, brief or moderate recurring sessions — onboarding modules, service-excellence refreshers, SOP walkthroughs, alignment briefings and team huddles — using content built with our L&D and CX leads.
Administering the training calendar: scheduling, invites, room and material prep, attendance, pre and post-session assessments.
Hosting and MC-ing townhalls, fireside chats and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Keeping the learning library alive — playbooks, toolkits and LMS content that stay current, findable and used.
Finding ways to make learning feel like something people choose, rather than something they sit through.
IV) Feedback, Communications & Content Support
Running engagement surveys and pulse checks — administration, participation drives, and compiling results for the team to analyse.
Logging what you're hearing on the ground into a simple recurring insight note. Themes and patterns, never names.
Drafting and scheduling internal comms: newsletters, announcements, channel posts and event collaterals.
Capturing the stories, photos and clips that show what it's really like to work here — feeding both our internal storytelling and our employer brand.
V) Cross-Functional Collaboration
Working closely with HR, Operations and Community teams to sync people engagement with business growth.
Contributing to HR projects and initiatives that strengthen WORQ's people-first culture.
Partnering with external trainers and internal subject matter experts to deliver engaging experiences.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, events, community management, hospitality,, or another people-facing role.
Fresh graduates with strong event management, student leadership or community-building experience are welcome to apply.
Strong communicator — written, visual, and verbal — able to inspire and connect across diverse teams.
Able to generate fresh ideas for events, campaigns and recognition moments, and bring them to life visually.
Passion for building communities, energizing people, and creating a sense of belonging.
Experience supporting or running training/learning initiatives is a strong advantage.
Comfort with AI tools to work more efficiently on content drafting, feedback summarising and reporting.
Startup or fast-growing environment experience is a plus.
