Community & Event Executive

We’re looking for a Community & Event Executive who is passionate about creating welcoming experiences and bringing people together.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping WORQ’s day-to-day community experience across all locations, while supporting the planning and execution of events and partnerships. You will ensure that members feel connected, informed and engaged throughout their journey with WORQ.

1. Community operations & member experience:
Drive a consistent, high-quality member experience across all touchpoints by managing day-to-day community engagement and communications.
Support and manage the overall member lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding experiences.
Work closely with the operations team to drive member engagement and enhance the overall community experience.
Own community communication channels (e.g. chat platforms, email updates), ensuring clarity, consistency, and active engagement.
Foster meaningful member connections through introductions, community formats, and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate and maintain community-facing materials and touchpoints (e.g. onboarding resources, collaterals, wayfinding).
Gather and synthesise member feedback and insights to continuously improve the community experience.
Support initiatives that strengthen member retention, satisfaction, and advocacy (e.g. testimonials, referrals).
2. Events planning & community engagement:
Support the execution of events and programmes that bring the community together and enhance the WORQ experience.
Manage and maintain the overall events and activities calendar across WORQ locations, ensuring a well-balanced and consistent programming mix.
Support the planning and execution of events (e.g. workshops, networking sessions, experiential activations) across internal and external communities.
Coordinate with internal teams to market and promote events across relevant channels (e.g. community platforms, email, social media) to drive awareness and participation.
Support on-ground coordination to ensure smooth and engaging event experiences.
Contribute to the development of recurring community formats (e.g. meetups, sharing sessions, townhalls).
Track event feedback and performance to inform future improvements.
3. Ecosystem engagement & partnerships:
Contribute to building a strong ecosystem that adds value to WORQ members and supports business growth.
Support the development and management of partnerships that benefit the community (e.g. member perks, collaborations, cross-marketing opportunities).
Collaborate across departments to support community-driven initiatives that contribute to brand awareness and lead generation.
Assist in maintaining relationships with partners, collaborators, and ecosystem stakeholders.
4. General & administrative support:
Provide support on ad hoc community, events, or partnership initiatives as needed.

Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related fields.
Candidates with relevant experience in community, events, or partnerships are encouraged to apply.
