Corporate Intern – People & Culture

This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, planning activities, creating content, and helping shape a positive employee experience.

1. Engagement, Culture & Employee Experience
Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, culture-building initiatives, and wellbeing programs.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing welcome communications, coordinating buddy assignments, and collecting exit feedback.
Assist in tracking engagement metrics (e.g., participation, feedback)
2. Internal Communications & Employer Branding
Assist in drafting and preparing internal communication materials such as newsletters, HR announcements, and event updates.
Support the maintenance and updating of internal communication platforms (e.g., Slack channels, email broadcasts, dashboards, or intranet pages).
Capture photos, stories, and content during activities to support culture documentation and employer branding initiatives.
Assist with coordination and logistics for Town Halls and internal briefings.
3. Events, Activities & Culture Programs
Support the coordination and execution of company events, celebrations, engagement activities, and cultural initiatives.
Assist with event logistics including vendor coordination, invitations/RSVP tracking, event setup, and post-event documentation.
Help track participation and collect employee feedback for future improvements.
4. Learning & Development (L&D) Coordination
Assist in coordinating training sessions including scheduling, attendance tracking, preparation of materials, and collection of training evaluations.
Support the maintenance of learning and training records.
Assist with tracking employee learning participation and development initiatives.

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
Strong interest in HR, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
Good communication and writing skills in English.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace) is an advantage.
A creative mindset with interest in events, communications, or employer branding is a plus.
