Senior Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. In this hands-on role, you will be planning, execution and optimization of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing and display advertising. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, lead generation and user engagement while ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the digital marketing landscape of our organization while acting as a brand ambassador across strategic initiatives and community engagements.

Job responsibilities:
I) Campaign management:
To plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and display advertising
To ensure alignment with overall marketing goals to drive visibility, engagement and conversions
II) Strategic growth:
To develop and implement social media strategies through competitive research, benchmarking and audience identification
To generate high-quality leads for sales, community events and key initiatives
III) Platform optimization:
To enhance social media presence, website SEO rankings and user experience (UX)
To increase traffic, engagement and conversion rates across all platforms
IV) Content collaboration:
To work closely with the Graphic Designer to produce marketing materials (brochures, digital graphics, posters, flyers)
To maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
V) Data-driven insights:
To analyze social metrics, campaign data and industry best practices
To provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns
VI) Performance tracking:
To monitor and report marketing performance across all channels and promotions
To optimize budget allocation and strategies in real-time
VII) Cross-functional collaboration:
To collaborate with internal departments to maintain brand integrity
To identify key industry players and coordinate strategic initiatives
VIII). Stakeholder management:
To build and maintain strong relationships with media and publishers
To maximize the impact of promotional activities
IX) Ad-hoc support:
To assist with additional marketing tasks and projects as needed
to support overall business growth initiatives
To support company community initiatives such as business networking events and member engagement activities
X) Marketing & branding:
To participate in high-level brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and aggressive growth strategies
To act as a Brand Ambassador through partnerships and on-ground activities
To ensure clear communication and alignment of marketing objectives across the organization

Job requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with an ability to listen and adapt to feedback.
A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Professional-level command of spoken and written English.
Candidates who actively learn or experiment with AI tools to improve work processes, research, and productivity will have an added advantage.
