Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for all inquiries—whether online or offline—helping potential clients with their needs and guiding them toward the perfect solution. You’ll be responsible for hitting sales targets for our event hall and meeting rooms while ensuring every client receives top-tier service. From the first conversation to the final follow-up, you’ll be the go-to person, working closely with our operations team to deliver seamless, memorable experiences that keep clients coming back.

Job descriptions:
I) Lead qualification & sales support:
To qualify and validate inbound leads (new members) for our Coworking Space while maintaining excellent working relationships.
To assign leads and provide support to the Sales Team till the closing stage.
To support the Sales Team as and when necessary, including assisting with client management solutions, sales tours and proposals.
To perform cold callings and customer phone calls required for sales conversion.
II) Sales & revenue generation:
To optimize the sales conversion process and close sales leads for all coworking products.
To be responsible for event hall and meeting room sales and meeting monthly sales targets.
To consistently meet given goals and matrices and willing to work hard towards meeting those goals.
III) Client coordination & event support:
To coordinate with clients on matters related to event hall and meeting room sales.
To ensure smooth communication and excellent customer experience throughout the sales and event process.
To handle other outlet-related matters as assigned.
IV) Marketing & content creation:
To create compelling video content and promotional materials to highlight event spaces and meeting rooms.
To support marketing efforts to attract potential clients and enhance their experience within the coworking space.
V) Sales optimisation & market analytics:
To contribute to sales optimisation strategies and provide input on market insights and analytics.
To work collaboratively to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and refine sales processes.
VI) Support company community initiatives such as business networking events and member
engagement activities.
VI) Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior and management.

Job requirements:
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Having a sales and customer service mindset.
Experience in Property or Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
At least 1 year of experience is required for this position.
Proven track record on sales experience - meeting or exceeding given targets.
Ability to drive sales from planning to the closing stage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and listening skills.
Skilled in producing compelling video content and creating promotional materials.
Self-starter individuals with a strong drive to achieve.
Must have good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as it will facilitate communication with our Mandarin-speaking clients from China.
Candidates who actively learn or experiment with AI tools to improve work processes, research, and productivity will have an added advantage.
