Senior Executive, Creative (Design & Multimedia)

This role is responsible for creating and maintaining engaging visual designs across digital, print, social media and events. This role also collaborates with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, support campaigns and develop brand assets, while assisting with photography, video production and ad-hoc marketing initiatives.

Job responsibilities:
To produce creative concepts and designs for a variety of media, including digital, print, social media, video and events.
To collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content for campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
To collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop effective design strategies, contributing to the final artwork to ensure visual appeal and brand consistency.
To design and maintain brand assets, including logos, brochures, presentations, and graphics.
To ensure adherence to company brand guidelines among employees and contribute to improving or revising these guidelines as necessary.
To collaborate with various inter-departmental to design and create various campaigns and collateral across channels.
To assist in all stages of photography and video production, from brainstorming and planning to shooting and editing.
Undertake any additional marketing-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Handle any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
Proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful and brand-aligned design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and audience engagement—able to create designs that not only look good but also drive results.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Bonus points if you have:
Additional skills such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe After Effect are added advantages.
Proficiency in HTML, Java, and CSS coding languages is also an added advantage.
High energy with great presentation skills.
