Event Sales Executive

The Event Sales Executive supports the sales team in driving revenue and promoting WORQ’s event spaces and meeting rooms. This role focuses on lead generation, qualifying prospects and assisting with sales campaigns, promotions and content creation to attract potential clients. They help manage customer relationships, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, they track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and collaborate closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales strategies, providing insights to optimize outreach and promotional efforts.

I) Lead generation & prospecting:
Assist the Sales team in identifying and qualifying new leads through active hunting, on ground business development, door knock, research, cold calls, and email outreach.
Support lead generation initiatives and track lead conversion rates.
Update the CRM system with accurate lead and sales activity data.
II) Sales campaigns & promotional activities:
Help organize sales campaigns and promotions for event and meeting room sales and other upselling products and services, ensuring they align with broader company goals and marketing strategies.
Create compelling video content and promotional materials to highlight our event spaces and meeting rooms and other upselling products and services, attracting potential clients and enhancing their experience at our Coworking space.
Track the success of sales campaigns and provide suggestions for improving future promotional efforts.
Assist in the preparation of promotional offers and discounts to drive sales.
III) Customer relationship management:
Support the Sales team in managing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to meet customer needs.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
IV) Sales performance tracking & reporting:
Help track and analyze key sales performance metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, and sales targets.
Prepare reports to monitor progress against sales goals and provide insights to the Sales team.
V) Collaboration with Marketing department:
Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.
Share customer feedback and market insights to refine marketing strategies and sales tactics.
VI) Miscellaneous:
To perform other additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in events, hospitality, or coworking spaces.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong sales and customer service mindset, capable of driving deals from prospecting to closing.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and listening skills.
Skilled in creating promotional materials and compelling video content to showcase event spaces.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to track sales performance and suggest improvements.
Must have good communication skills and strong command of spoken and written English language.
