Join our dynamic Marketing & Community team and play a key role in driving our brand’s growth and visibility! We’re looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, manage content, and support product launches and community initiatives.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing, promotional projects and new product launching are effectively co-ordinated, all deadlines are met and budgets managed effectively
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, which include but are not limited to Google ads, Linkedin ads, social media, website, email, and display advertising according to marketing plans.
Continuously improve campaign performance through analytics tracking, insights gathering, and application of best practices.
Design, build, and optimize our digital presence—improving website ranking, conversion funnel, and UX to increase engagement and inquiries.
Manage website content updates, visual consistency, and SEO best practices across all landing pages to ensure a seamless digital experience.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
Edit and proofread copy to ensure it meets brand guidelines and is free of errors.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to produce relevant content.
Manage all social media communications while moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Develop targeted email automation and drip campaigns to nurture leads and improve retention rates.
Other additional ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned.
As part of the Marketing & Community Team, you are expected to:
Participate in brainstorming and developing creative marketing plans and growth strategies
Be the ambassador of the business community ecosystem through partnerships and events
Promote and ensure optimal understanding of marketing plans across the company.

Candidate to possess a Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent
3 years of experience is preferred for this position
Self-starter individuals with a strong drive to achieve
Must have good communication skills and strong command in spoken and written English language
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in Community Building or Leadership Roles in Extracurricular Activities / Associations
Experience in creating/managing social media accounts
Overseas work experience or experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
