To build a relationship with the clients and conclude office deals
To qualify and validate inbound leads (new members) to be part of our WORQ Space and maintain excellent working relationships
To assign leads and provide support to the Sales Team
To consistently meet given goals and metrics and willing to work hard towards meeting those goals
To conduct office viewing and travel multiple outlets
To update deal stages in CRM system
Develop and maintain a customer database
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Assist in lease negotiations and manage tenancy relationships.
Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
To be able to film videos for the use of office space marketing
Support company community initiatives such as business networking events and member engagement activities.
Ad Hoc task as assigned by the superior and management

Able to work in a fast paced environment
Having a sales and customer service mindset
Experience in Property or Real Estate industry will be an added advantage
At least 1 year of experience is required for this position
Proven track record on sales experience - meeting or exceeding given targets
Ability to drive sales from planning to the closing stage
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and listening skills
Skilled in producing compelling video content and creating promotional materials
Self-starter individuals with a strong drive to achieve
Must have good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Great analytical skills to assess and drive sales results
