Business Development Executive (Enterprise)

Job responsibilities:
I. Business development & sales:
Identify, prospect and acquire new enterprise clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach and strategic business development activities.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue and sales targets.
Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling enterprise solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and secure new business opportunities.
II. Workplace consulting & enterprise solutions:
Consult clients on workplace strategies and recommend tailored enterprise workspace solutions.
Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into practical workplace strategies.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative and integrated workplace solutions.
III. Proposal, tender & presentation management:
Prepare proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and commercial documentation.
Deliver client presentations, pitches, and solution demonstrations.
Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
IV. Client relationship & stakeholder management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, landlords, consultants, project partners, and internal stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the business development lifecycle.
Ensure clear communication and timely updates on project progress.
V. Commercial real estate & leasing:
Source suitable commercial office locations based on client requirements.
Liaise and negotiate with landlords on leasing terms and tenancy agreements.
Represent WORQ during lease negotiations and landlord engagements.
VI. Project coordination:
Support end-to-end project delivery from client onboarding through project completion.
Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation.
Monitor timelines, project costing, resources, and deliverables.
VII. Market research & strategic planning:
Conduct market research on workplace trends, commercial real estate, and competitor activities.
Gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
Develop strategic recommendations to support business growth.
VIII. Marketing & business partnerships:
Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales presentations and promotional materials.
Build strategic partnerships with landlords, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
Represent WORQ at networking events and industry engagements.

Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Real Estate, Business or equivalent
Min 3 years’ experience working in real estate or flexible office industry.
Demonstrates in-depth familiarity of office real estate market and commercial leases.
Demonstrates basic deal origination and closing experience.
Demonstrates consistent attention to detail.
