Why We Started WORQ
Founded in 2017 by Stephanie Ping (CEO) and Andrew Yeow (CFO), WORQ was born out of a vision to close a glaring gap in the real estate market. Traditional offices come with rigid contracts, high upfront costs, renovation hassles, and a mismatch with the modern hybrid work model. Businesses were stuck paying for full-time offices—even when their teams weren’t there.
